Hello Mate
If I remember keep moving the windows up and down and till you hear a bleep and the this should resolve the error message and hopefully the auto window function.
Make sure you only press the switch once to use this function.

press and hold window down button until its fully down then hold for a few seconds, then repeat with the window up button and hold again. may take a couple of goes.

Do it in one move from fully closed. Press down then rock it up and hold at the top for a few moments until it beeps and you get 'window set'. No need to hold it in the down position.
