Hi all broken down air suspension on front fitted new air bags this week now got troubles outside of bridgewater with only roadside and 10 mile towing available miss read the bloody form not sure where to go or what to do

I have a roadside chap coming but don't think he will be able to do much then tow me were and how to get home on a f in Sunday having **** day spouse to be away for wedding anniversary lol

I know nothing about air suspension but can you describe exactly what's happened and what you've done previously as accurately as possible for those that do

Yes bloo a air bag and replaced both fronts earlier this week took for drive everything seemed ok now Ltd lift on front wonder if compressor playing up or have a leak somewhere but worried been quoted £350 to get me home

Have you looked at joining / increasing your cover with the RAC / AA / Greenflag with relay? I understand you can join with a known problem, but obviously the cost is a lot more. Maybe it would be cheaper than a recovery from a garage.

Cheers

you say ltd lift..... dO you mean some lift or no lift at all?
how about parking it up somewhere local and safe and continue on wedding anniv in a cheap hire car ? This will give you more time to figure out a solution (and appease the Doris.
@Datatek - arent there ways of physically supporting the suspension? (block of wood between axle and chassis?)

MHM, I don't know on the L322, I do know when I first got my P38 I limped 50 miles with a caravan on tow with collapsed suspension. It's a rough ride! I imagine it's possible with the L322 but I do not know for sure. for sure I would try it.

Don't know if would bother blocking it up. ride would be no different to being on bump stops. first bump the weight will let go and the block will drop out.

OP. You have tools with you ? if you replaced both airbags and they have dropped but the back is staying up the air lines feeding them have come off.

Did you buy cheap Chinese made bags ? I've heard of them splitting after short use.
