Help advertising and trailer for sale

Im new to the forum and would like to advertise an offroad trailer Ive made for sale. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I click on the new thread icon and its brings up a screen saying that i am not allowed to access this page. I also click on the post thread tool and it brings up the same page. Ideas? thanks for your help!
