Hello

Hi, another new member. My username tells you who I am!

Bought my 1st Disco (1st 4x4 too) back in January and I'm loving it. I love the driving position and the way other road users 'give way'.

The only thing I had trouble getting used to is the 'relaxed' pace of my 300TDi XS. Ideally I'd have a seriesII TD5 (don't like the new one), but for now lack of funds restrict me to the old one.

Anyway, hope to get some useful info and make some new friends here.

Thanks Roger, I had wondered that about the later ones with all their extra electrics etc!
I bought my '96 TDi in January with 114k on the clock and have covered 5,000 trouble free miles since.
