Hi Im a new starter from Essex, plus new starter to the tinternet - have problems but hey dont we all....desperate for a cure for my erratic idling problem on my Land Rover Discovery V8i ES - 1998 S reg- starts OK from cold but the needle bounces erratically from 1000 - 500 (seems till it warms up but sometimes it could go on all day!!) but then other times it seems fine (just a small bounce) any help would be appreciated - Im a non mechanic but will be buying manual to try and have a play......
