Hello I need help

Hi I'm new to forums entirely. I have a 2001 70K 2.5 V6 Freelander. Recently paid out over a grand to get all the belts done. Was running beautifully. Has now developed a loud constant Tappetty noise rear block pass side. How do I start a thread to seek advice on this problem please ?

Go to 'FORUM' button top left of screen - left click
scroll down to FREELANDER section - left click on the title
At the top left of the forum there's a new thread button - left click and start typing in the box.
