Hello from new member

Hello everyone...

Well, much to the great opposition from the wife I have just returned from buying my first Land Rover. All I can tell you is that it is a 1966 Series 2a 2.25 Diesel. Having paid by cheque I cannot collect until next Saturday... Oh Hum.

I am totally new to Land Rovers and just reached the mid life crisis stage where it was either a car to tinker with or a mistress and figured I would get less greif from the car... I hope!

Having used vehicle forums before I know how invaluable they are so I guess I will be asking you guys for lots of help and guidence.
