Well as I write this - Good evening,

I've just bought myself a nice '93 3.9 RRC, complete with rust and a ruined dizzy! However it's all superficial as I'm sure a grinder and paint job shall kiss it better :D

I've been poking my head in and out for the last 2 years now, and following my purchase I thought it a fitting time to sign up, anyway I'm sure I'll enjoy being part of this community.

HI from HULL, only working down here, normal habbit is Elgin, the heart of the Whiskey country
I had a holiday in a place called Burghead near Elgin a few years ago. Loved the area and the whisky, it did take a bit of getting used to tho' what with the pubs closing at 8.00 o'clock 'cos everyone got wasted in the afternoon. I enjoyed watching the fishing fleet come in each morning with their 'catch' I did wonder why they packed all the 'fish' at sea in Benson and Hedges boxes tho'.

I'd hate to see the state of it if you are using a grinder to prepare it for painting, or perhaps the grinder is for the dizzy?
I see you are a man of care and precision.......

Ha ha, the grinder is to get all the rust from under the back of the car lol

And for those who like whisky, not whiskey :p, Benromach organic is the the absolute best!
