Hello! Freelander 2 help needed!

Landy's and gents, I need some advice. I fitted a Witter towball on my Freelander 2 yesterday and bypassed the little socket connecting the feeds directly. However, the minute I touched the wires, I lost the sat nav, audio and bluetooth - any suggestions on how to reset these? I've got a flashing "Landrover" display on the touch screen and when I put the radio on it immediately turns back off. Cheers for any assistance, I never had any of these kind of problems when I didn't have sat nav, phone or bugger all else on the old Defender 110!

Do the job propper - chances are you have blown a fooz. That socket is there for a reason, tha knows.

Kind of going to have to hold the suppliers a little bit accountable here, they have a help and advice line, which I used and all the little connectors were supplied. Bit of a pain in the backside really! The missus is one of the "I told you so's" as well....
