After starting off with a Disco 1 td1 I bought a Disco 2 td5 in 2003 (as an ex-demo model with 6K on the clock). It now has 108K - steadily rising. I mainly use it to tow a caravan and for longer journeys. We love it, but not the more difficult to solve foibles which show up with increasing age. Despite a lifetime of car repairing it tests my tool collection and a lifetime's experience. More about this later.
