Hellecould anyone help

hello people i have just bought my first discovery and raised it 2inch and put 235/85 15 insa turbo special tracks on will these catch the arches when offroading or will i have to cut the arches away thank you adam

i used to have a discovery 200tdi with 235/85 r16,they used to catch the arches when offroadin,i got an hi lift jack and lifted the opposite corner to what i was cutting,that way you can follow the contour of the wheel,dont forget to cover the sharp egdes for the next mot,i bought some beeding type stuff(cant for the life of me remember what it was called)from halfords,comes on a roll just cut it to length and push it along the exposed edge of the arch

was yours lifted 2inch like mine will i have to cut them with the lift

yes mate,ive had 2 disco's both with 2" lift and had 235 insa turbo on both,then i started useing 265 insa's.maybe if you put extended bump stops on they might not catch then it would save you chopping your arches
