Heatshield 90 carb

Hi ya I hope every one is playing in the snow but those of you rebuilding like me or back from playing

I have replace my RH side manifold and the heatshild ERC5786 has rusted through do you know if I have to use it many thanks Simon

Is this the starter motor heatshield?

Anyway tbh mate I have hedman headers and no heatshields and I'm all good. Now I can't say I was recommended to do this, nor is it perhaps a good idea but for me it's been fine.

I have a steel one for a 94 softdash. its the bigger one about 8'' x 4'' ish I think, that the one?
