Hi Guys,
My D2 4.0 FL has been getting some good treatment for Christmas but, as "$%ing usual, it had development ills and aches subsequently.
One of the issues I`m trying to attack is that, after changing the water pump and coolant, the heating in the car is not working properly - the air is only luke-warm when revved up to 2,500rpm (or so) for about 30 seconds (or so).
The two pipes going to the heating core are warm.
Shall I replace it (if so, what buck would I be expecting to pay? Are these compatible with TD5?)?
or maybe I can simply clean it...
If someone could kindly point me to the thread where that was discussed I`d appreciate.
