Pending on age the waterjet pumps could have simply failed. On heating the W/S liquid can insulation help or alternative is for heating from the start by adapting a low level heating element to the container. The problem I found was the tubes freeze first then straining the W/S pumps. So either insulate the tubes and the container is the only option.

If when pipe is disconnected washer liquid is being pumped out of it when washer is switched on. The jets are blocked in some way. I would have thought that to be obvious. If they cannot be cleared fitting new is the only option.

well i just changed the jets and yes the old ones have imploded well collapsed inside there is a little orange rubber in one side of the jet and it should be loose so the spring on top of the rubber can make the rubber move up and down so i think as it gets older it wares out and stops moving but i think mine have both gone due to cold weather, causing the heater inside them to burn the last bit of lube out of the rubbers anyway sorted now. just need a motor for drivers seat it stopped going back and the wife is shorter than i so she cant drive it. I did say what a shame ha ha ha

Might i suggest you make it known that new motors are no longer available. :D:D
