heated seats in disco1?

Renovating my 1996 V8iES when I notice heavy duty wiring under the seats with big bullet connectors (not connected) Is it possible the seats have heating elements which are not connected but which were a factory build?? I also notice a large female connector flush to the trim next to the fuse box. Is this part of the same partially installed wiring? If anyone can help that would be great if it means I can have heated seats for the winter.

A lot of manufacturers tend to make things like wiring looms to suit the full model range and only fit (and plug in) the particular toys each model level has.

I am sure you are right--I will keep looking to see if any of the kit is usable.
