Heated seat wireing

I have just bought a pair of defender heated seats ,I have done a search for a wireing diagram to wire them up I'm not realy sure / confident with the wireing don't know what I need to install safely ,
Does anyone have a diagram and list of components needed my 90 has a Mud console already fitted
