Heated Seat electrics not working

The drivers side heated seat on my TD5 does not work. Checked the fuse and continuity from the switch which were all ok. I'm assuming there's a relay somewhere. Where is it and is there one for each seat?

Not sure where the location of the relays for the seats are, but if you turn the Ign on a get someone to keep pressing the button you should here it click.

I believe they are either ubder the steering wheel or on the drivers side in the engine bay.
I have read on the sister forum that it maybe the heating element.
