Disco 2 Heated front windscreen not working

Good afternoon folks,

my heated front windscreen is not working. I'm no expert so please bear with me. I've checked both connectors on the scuttle panel and both are fine. I have turned on the switch with the engine running and on the OS connect I get continuity and 14v with the multimeter. The passenger side gets 0v and no continuity.

I am led to believe these screens are sided so in theory the OS should be working which suggests the screen is faulty. However the NS is not working and does not have power so I'm just asking are there specific number fuses/relays to be looking at or any earth connections? if so where are their locations on the car?

Each part has it's own fuse in the engine bay fusebox and the feed for the fuses is through relay R8
F7 = LH, F8 = RH

On further inspection the 40amp fuse to the left side has blown so will swop that however I assume that as power is getting to the screen that as said before the screen may be the issue?

Yes, you need a new screen
