Head rest?????

so just got me P38a last week and I’ve just realised that the head rest is 180 degrees out, turned round the wrong way. How the hell do i get the bastard back out to put in in correctly??.

Normally push the release bit at the bottom in and pull the headrest up.

Tried pushing the button but it won’t come out. The securing ridges are effectively in the wrong holes and it doing my head in!

Make sure the pins are all the way in and they come out with a tug. helps if you have the seat forward not upright in seating position

I tried that but no joy. Facebook forum suggested I rotate the square plastic locating bit by 45 degrees and hey presto, it worked. Thanks all for your advice
