head gasket

need some info on how to confirm head gasket on way out

is it a 1.8 freelander?
if so.......

1) the gasket has gone
2) the gasket is going
3) the gasket is about to go

one of those three.

get a sniffer test done, then get shot and buy a TD4 or a Disco.

1 loss of coolent
2 overheating
3 load of water coming out of the tailpipe
4 Oil in water
5 water in oil
6 bang crash as the engun goes bang
7 flashing yellow lights as AA man comes for you
8 Bang crash as your lass hits you over head for buying a heap before christmas
9 Tears as you get repair bill for HGF (if it can be repaired)
10 Silence as you wait for the phone to ring as its advertised in auto trader as no one wants to take a chance on a 1.8 landy.

Get a pressure test, gas test to confirm. Then get gallon of petrol- match- isolated area- pour petrol- light- runaway- learn lesson and buy td4
