Morning, RRS 2010 TDV8. Getting occasional faults as above, all come on after a short motorway journey, doesn’t seem to happen during any other trips (although it says it has lowered the car doesn’t actually automatically lower) when reset, suspension works as it should with no errors. Turn car off and on again clears issue for about 15miles or so.
Using the 4x4 page on the computer, it shows a flashing red box on the front axle (pic showing the box that flashes). What sensor is this computer reading please? I’m assuming an intermittent fault with this if it’s flashing red 🤷🏻‍♂️. No other faults at present 👌🏼👍🏻

Only guessing, but that could be a height sensor, probably rear as it's in line with the rear wheels shown.
Needs diagnostics to identify the fault.

Plus 1 ^^^^^ , in needing diagnostics otherwise ur simply be chasing ur tail trying to find the fault

And possibly pouring good money into bad🤨

so very true , indeed think we’ve all seen where some throw parts and money at an issue and still have the fault

or some going from one item to another and still not getting anywhere

thk god there’s now decent diagnostics for the home DIY , plus a multimeter and test light should indeed always be part of the tool box with these modern landies

Only if the effort is made, otherwise.... We either have a passion or a bank account.. 😉

Diagnostics show U0434 and will not clear. Any simple fixes anyone knows of Before I take it to a garage?
A quick Google provides the following info:-
DTC Code : U0434. DTC Information : Invalid data received from dynamic response module.. Type : Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid.. Faulty Active Roll Control Module · Active Roll Control Module harness is open or shorted

Thanks Datatek, I Googled it and found the same, just hoping anyone else’s experience has had similar with an obscure fix as I know these beasts have all sorts of weird fault codes thrown up.
I have repaired a damaged wire to the front right height sensor but that hasn’t changed the ongoing fault.

No, I have had a few issues such as red car warning light and the obligatory slow be
ow 30 and bump stops issue, turn car off and restart all goes away. And a full up move car and lower once away from obstruction warning. but both have gone away once stop, turn off and lock for 2 mins.
but looking at the codes nothing has logged so I’m assuming the computer thinks it’s all ok 🤷🏻‍♂️

Drove it today, 2 faults popped up and both cleared within 1 minute. Interestingly the front right showed on the computer screen (off road screen on dash) with the wheel down and flashing red then came back up almost as quick and showed all fine.
To that end I assume it’s either a faulty height sensor or an earthing cable. I did find and repair a break in the outer cable next to the sensor last week, might need to look a bit deeper…..

Have you confirmed your battery is good?
When you say 2 faults popped up are you saying messages/lights on the dash?
