Having a 'Thanks' button?

I've seen on other forums they have a 'Thanks' button, as in, if you post on someones thread, and the OP found that info good/helpful, then the OP can click on the 'Thanks' button. Then everyone can have the choice to display a 'Thanked' with they're avatar and user title, or location etc etc Just a thought

Not trying to make it like facebook, but a few forums have 'Liked' instead, or we could think of something else :cool2:

A nice idea, it would be an excellent way to help judge if a person's advice/suggestions are sound or a ****-take.

Also you can add reputation points to people for good posts, or deduct points for bad ones. People get their reps bar under their avatar shows how much they are liked on the forum....

Suppose, but I'm not keen on spiting people on here, see what the Admins think

Reps are so much fun. It would add a whole new dynamic to the induction of noobs. It is just a feature of the php board that can be activated, go on admins you know you want to...

But I nevet give advice, so I'd never be thanked, so it'd look like I have no friends, this would crush my self esteem, then I'd have to go comfort eat, then I'd get fat again, this would further destroy my self confidence, then I'd kill myself


Seems a bit harsh just because we introduce a new button on LZ

Cos I'm an abusive bugger and me fitness thread must've racked up quite a few posts for me too

I think you need to get out more, one of the pitfalls of owning a landy I guess, you're always stuck indoors cause it's broken

Worked it out, could start baking every active member on LZ a lemon drizzle cake and coz youre all such a polite bunch, you'd all say thank you and I'd have a quadzillion thanks and It'd look like I was dead popular
