Disco 2 Having a bit of trouble

Replacing the alternator everything is disconnected apart from the multi-block on the back is there a special way to remove it. Its the only thing stopping me changing it. Any advice would be very grateful

May just pull out or there maybe a push down tab to release the retention clip.
