Hello,

Has anyone got a pair of TD or Defender 200TDi oil cooler pipes that they can sell me? I'm after some for my conversion but I'm not prepared to pay £60+ to get them extended. If not I shall revert to brazing some pipe in. I'd rather take a set off your hands though if you have any kicking about!

Cheers

There are a few scrappers yeah. I'll go and have a look around. They dont really tend to have Landy's sitting in them though, especially not 90's or 110's. I've got the pipes that came with the disco but 60 quid seems steep for an extension! I'm working on the cheap  . I've just remembered that the garage i'm doing the swap at had a 19 in one of their containers. I'll see if it's got the pipes with it.

I'm sure you already know but apparently the 19J's that do have an oil cooler (mine didn't) have different connections into the radiator. I know you can swap the connections between rads (if you also get the connectors out of the the TD rad) but I've been told that some new rads don't come with removable connectors... worth bearing in mind with you thinking of a rad change in the near future...

Cheers

Good point. I think Steve parker do some kind of rad nut that you screw into the existing nuts / unions. I've seen them somewhere, so it should work in the long run. That said I need to get hold of some first!
