Has anybody used TD5 diagnostics before?

Just this minute had an email apologising and offering a refund tomorrow or Wednesday. As td5 diagnostics is winding down. Hopefully that will be it all blown over in the next day or so.

In Neil's e-mail on Saturday, he said he'd get it sorted on Tuesday (apparently he had Monday off - although it sounds to me as though he has pretty much every day off and lets other people do what they like with his business!).

I had an e-mail from him about half an hour ago, apologising again, checking bank details and promising that he'd sort the refund out tomorrow. I'll be keeping an eye out for it ...

Edit : looks like I was typing a post at the same time as you ...

Well, here we are at the end of Tuesday - the day on which Neil Davis promised he'd refund my money.

Normally my online banking shows a payment into my account as soon as it's made, and then adds it to the 'available funds' balance once it's cleared. Not surprisingly, as of this point in time there's no payment showing as having been made into my account today.

Steve, if you're reading this, you might like to remind Neil that if I haven't had the refund *cleared* into my account by the end of Friday, I'll be asking you for his home address - after which it's just a matter of who knocks on his door first, the postman with a county court summons or West Mercia CID.

By the way, I've had a private message on this forum from another member who's been similarly conned by TD5 Diagnostics. I won't say who it is - it's up to them whether or not they choose to contribute to this thread -but that's now three Landyzone members who have fallen victim to Neil Davis' company.

Given that the 'quantity available' on the Nanocom page on their website started (as far as I could see) at 11, and finished up at 3, I wonder who the other five unlucky punters are?!

We have 3 or 4 people whose orders were not fulfilled, but noone will be out of pocket.

But if you dont contact me I cant help.

Please email [email protected] so I can get your refund processed.

I am very sorry people were let down.

Bingo. Finally got my refund - 38 days after first paying my money to this joke of a company, and 23 days after a refund was first promised. I should be pursuing Neil for interest and the cost of the time I've spent in pursuing this, really, but given how long it took to get a simple refund I can't imagine that getting me anywhere.

If anyone is considering using this useless outfit in the future and they read this thread, let's hope it makes them see sense and take their custom elsewhere.

We are no longer trading and I wont be restarting. We had a good 4 years but the last 6 months have been awkward due to my divorce and working out of a barn. Pleased that I was able to refund everyone and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Ok, so people have ordered some things and not recieved them and communication has been poor.
I for one was at the recieving end of this, and even started this thread as I was so annoyed as I felt I was out of pocket by what is a relatively small amount of money, but by no way insignificant!
This thread has found the people responsible one way or another, and by the looks of things we all have our money back.
This should never have happened and ideally the website shut down long before. But surely, there must be good reason Neil or anyone else involved let it get to this stage and maybe they thought there will be a way out, or it will all go away. And now, it has all gone away.
I have had an apology, and I think we should all be happy with our refund and forget it.
