Has anybody fitted a Citroen heater Pre heater

Has anybody fitted a heater Pre heater to a defender td5 ,looking to fit some sort of heater to speed up the in cab heater process especially on the cold mornings. I have been looking and Citroen Pre heaters.

not sure if anyone on here has, but I believe the hard bit is getting the preheater with its associated bits, controller etc.
