Hardtop leak

the rear boot is always wet, it’s just stopped raining and I’ve found where the water is coming in see attached photos the water is running down the top of the hard top how do I fix this please?

First thing is remove the hard top and clean the seals and the surface where the seal pushes against. Normally that's all that's needed to make the seal do its job. It's also beneficial to apply some plumbers silicone grease to the seal and sealing face of the body. This adds a water shedding property, as well as helping the seal conform to the seal surface better.
