Evening landyzoners,

I hope you all had a good Christmas. We have a land rover 90 with a 300tdi, We spent the day modifying our roof rack and fitting our roof tent. We fitted some MUD UK sun visor covers/storage and all was going well, until....
We were heading out for dinner and i suddenly a very hard brake pedal and poor brakes, I haven't been able to have a look as we had to drop the landy back home and grab my wife's Mini.

Master cylinder fault/servo? It certainly feels like I have no servo assistance.

Your views would be greatly appreciated :)

Sounds like a servo fault. Or possibly vacuum pump. If you pull the vacuum hose off the servo can you feel it sucking while the engine runs? If so the pump is probably OK, which leaves you with the possibility of a servo fault.

So sorry for the mega slow response, thank you for the suggestions. I went straight and checked the vacuum system. The T piece into the servo had broken clean in half, replaced this and all is well again. Cheers guys.
