Hi All-
Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on this one- driving down the road today, and the brake pedal almost went to the floor all of the sudden. Then came back. Noticed a loud angry grinding noise from the front left. When I got it stopped, I got under it, and I can see where a part of the suspension is jammed into the inside of the wheel, and rubbing. (I can find it on the diagram, but I don't know what it's called!) All the searches related to grinding deal with brake pads or wheel bearings- can't find anything that looks like this. (In the pic, the silver part is where the part has rubbed the wheel) Anyone have any thoughts?
(I just spent a dozen hours doing the heater core! I hate to give up on my girl now! Cheers!)
