hi jist wondering if anyone can help my disco 3 has a grinding noise when moving slowly on full lock mostly when turning right car has new drive shaft on left side but noose somehow sounds like ots comong from undersode near middle or back of car

In that case I would check all U/Js and sliding joints. By that I mean take them off to check them, then for play at input flange on both diffs and tranny box. But if play in rear diff pinion, normally shows itself by vibration.
But just to touch on the obvious, have you had a good look at the brakes to make sure nothing is jammed in there, all pads are going back i.e. no cylinder sticking in calipers?

Yeh will defo be having a look at all tht car has had new rear prop shaft front one repaired new pads discs twice a year and calipers are all less than a year old

My stars, what mileage are you doing? Or are you really heavy on brakes, or do you tow an unbraked trailer a lot?
Or did you mistype in some way?
Anyway, as you say, doesn't seem likely to be brakes, but stones and such can get caught in them at any time.

Usuaply about 15k a year with an unbraked trailer plus my disco is on the heavier aide weoghin in at just over 3.2 tonne bit of a pain to gt a good indie garage that has a loft that can take it already broke 2

Right I get the brake issue now, you really are giving it a lot of work to do!
