grinding noise on full lock

Hello all

I have a 2003 td4 with 48,000 miles on the clock i have recently noticed a grinding noise coming fron engine it happens when i do a number of things. first of all it makes the noise in reverse as i reverse the grinding noise gets louder the higher the revs. secondly if i drive the car in a straight line at about ten miles an hour and the dip the clutch and put on full right lock as the car is coming to a stop the grinding starts any help would be very gratefull.
