Grinding noise at low RPM

I have a grinding noise at low RPM, most knowtisable in gears 3 and 4. It only happens when theres load on the transmition. Its not the gear box or transfer bax as ive now had three transfer boxes with the noise the same and ive just changed the gear box with no difference. Its not the rear axle eather as that nice and tight. I was considering the front diff, but it doesent realy sound like its coming from that far foward.

Any thoughts?

if it pushes out a small child,nothing wrong with a boost
