Grinding 2nd & Reverse Gear?

For some reason today 2nd gear has become a bit more stiffer to get into and when changing down grinds before it goes in like the synchromesh has gone but all the other gears work fine. Although reverse has become a bit of a problem as well?

It had a new clutch fitted a few month ago and its been on a longish drive up and down a motorway today if that makes any difference?

2nd gear is still a problem once the engine is up to temp if that makes any difference?

sounds like clutch isnt clearing as much as is needed and showing up poor 2nd gear baulk ring,oil change can sometimes help gear box

it does sound like clutch wife had the same problem with reverse and she learnt to let the engine die down then change into reverse until I change the master/slave on her 1998 1800 petrol
