2.4 Defender struggling to change gears

I have a 2.4 defender, fo a while it has had problems changing in and out of 1st and reverse gears, recently it won't go in and out of 1st and reverse when it's running. 2nd gear is beginning to become tricky as well. I have bleed the clutch and changed the gearbox oil but made no difference, anyone got any ideas what it could be? Thanks

This age had a weak connection between the gearbox and tranny but I would suspect a worn clutch/release bearing. What mileage have you got on the tractor

Check your clutch fluid level, have you a small wet patch under your clutch peddle ?. If so master cylinder seal will be leaking.

I've had a look at the master cylinder and clutch fluid all seems to be good with that and getting goo pressure at the bleed point, but thank you
