Ere Stig.....you nicked my Ipod???
nope tis me sony fone, need to make a screen bracket for it cos tis a bugger tryin ter change gear whilst viding, haven't yet done any viding goin downhill !!!! We do have some water about, many river crossings that are at bonnet hieght. There is no restriction on any of the tracks / lanes here - in fact you are actively encouraged to drive them as we do the fire service a favour by removing fallen trees etc.

Sorry to bump an old thread but we were talking about a portugal trip and we can only find websites showing bike trails. Is greenlaning still possible in portugal?

We havent decided yet on time of year. Id rather not be cold tho LOL

No green laning here during summer as it's all dead dirt lol...but this time of year it's green and day time temp around 19c but cold at night...loads and loads of off road tracks that council activley want you to use to keep clear not like UK where walkers think they have the right of way doesnt happen here...but off-roaders and hunters here respect the land and look after it...it's a long way down here but you can also enjoy Spain as well!

Great thank you. That gives us some food for thought! Do you know of any places to look for routes or any official mapping?
