well good luck rusty, but i think ebay will need to be your friend!
and ive put my broken landy on it as well its number is 250719270010 lets hope i get millions haha

Cheers :D Think I might have found a box locally which would be good if its the right type...bit more than I really want to pay but it'll do!

Looks alright that Defender! Put Defender in the title of the auction though, you will get more hits! And list what it needs to be put on the road = more bids £££ :). Is it the chassis bent or just the panels?

well it went for more than i thought!

have you sorted out the gearbox now and do you want a hand?

Hopefully picking one up at the weekend. Thanks for the offer but landie is over in Norfolk.

Glad you got enough £££ for yours...sometimes can be a bit worrying putting things on ebay!

oh its much more than i wanted!! but the winning bidder hasnt got incontact yet so might not be that good as yet!
good to hear that you have another gearbox, hope it didn't cost too much

Was £50...would have preferred to pay £20...but then its local so saves the hassle.

Hopefully the buyer will come through for your landie...its annoying when that happens!

hello again! I'm keen to get to know some of the local lanes. Anybody know the lanes around Whittlesey? Or any others near Eye which won't break my Xtrail?
Currently my only experience of off-roading is KORC- which broke my plastic bits underneath! So I'd like to get to know some of the easy lanes in the area.

The box is OK...but I am going to strip and rebuild anyway...makes sense :)

Most of the lanes are fairly tame I have been on - I got on OK with my Series landie on road tyres ;)

Yus... but you have more ground clearance than me... damn ruts!

I have some General Grabber ATs about half worn. That's the extent of my 'mods', oh.. and one of those little black bits of plastic which protects the bonnet from stone chips!

I'm sure you will be ok with most of the lanes around your way, but I think s planned day out is needed at some point

It looks like there's a fairly long lane from Crowland* to Peakirk? Anyone know of it? Been along it recently?
