Hello mate and welcome.

Have a look at this. It was my first day out proper greenlaning and had a blast!

Anyone planning to get muddy this weekend then? It should be nice and wet, eh?

There are a few lanes in Dorset. Get in touch with FodRow (Friends of Dorset Right of Way....a quick Google will find the web site)

There is a good lane that runs north from Tollard Royal that will take you up towards the Ox Drove. This is a pretty good place to start. The best of the lanes round here are in Wiltshire. Being in Bournemouth all you need to do is follow the A338 north :D

Remember the first rule of greenlaning (told to me by RobinT before directing me up the ridgeway, solo) don't go on your own. You're bound to get stranded. 'specially with family on board!

and just as important make sure your landy is properly equiped dont try and do some muddy lanes on road tyres unless you like getting stuck, make sure your mobile is fully charged for when you have to call on a friend to get you outta the sticky stuff.wellies are a must especially for er in doors when she has to get out to guide you.but most of all enjoy it its great fun
