Grease on my ball joint area!

Had a pulling while braking and I decided to remove offside wheel, there is LOTS of thick grease around the bottom of the Swivel ball thingy, the grease on the inner wheel and wheel arch solves the braking mystrey but any ideas where the grease may have come from and how I get it back in!!!

By the way, it was a substantial amount of grease, very new! I did have my cv joints done a few thausand miles ago...

Either yer swivels were over filled or the seal was damaged on re-assembly.

You got it in one!

I got back under it and the metal seal around the ball had a slight outward bend in it. I've hammered it flat and wiped away any grease to see if it has solved it!!
