Allo all, I'm a newbie to landy zone but I frequent a couple of others for bikes and minis...
A little about me, I live just outside London in Surrey, I have a couple of bikes including a drz400 on nobblies for green laning a 1967 mini and my current project is my dads series three landy which has been sat on the drive for 5-6 years, its now sitting in my garage in bits! I plan to strip it, then treat it to a galvanised chassis, a v8 and respray
yes I know diesels get better mpg and all that but as its a toy you just can't beat that v8 burble
Ill post pics in the series thread as I go, so far I'm down to the chassis with just the tub and bulkhead left to remove... and I'm sure to be asking advice and questions as I go so be nice!
