Getting 10v at the glow plugs and coil light staying on for 4 seconds. Still trouble starting from cold having replaced plugs, battery and alternator. No air in clear fuel line. Runs fine and starts easily when hot. Does this sound like a knackered relay? If do any recommendations where to get budget replacement that will fit? Thanks

Glow plug relay is switched on and off by engine ECU subject to engine temp. The colder the engine is the longer the glows will be on. Can be 10 seconds on a cold morning. I suggest you check ECU temp sender. Green one between cylinders 3 and 4 STC2299. Also take out relay and check the glow wire connections to it for voltage drop. If they are burned clean and snug up. New relay STC3364 is around £120.00. Ebay may prove helpful if you need a used one.
