Genuine series 2a?

Looks nice and appears pretty genuine but you never know, worth investigating though.

Askmid could be wrong or there could be a ringer driving round with that reg on it. Difficult to tell without owning it and getting in touch with the dooovla.

Who knows, some complicated stuff going on, tub and front panel is Series 2, bulkhead and wings from a 3. Bizarre side opening cat flap conversion. Might just be a right Triggers Broom.

Series 3 bulkhead but probably late 2a wings cause someones made a bit of a hash of the heater inlet.

Can't see why it's not genuine, it looks exactly as described, a 2a with a 3 bulkhead.

And no....you don't need an MOT to insure a vehicle

thats abit like mine what i like to call a 'heavily molested series 2',
mines an ex mod released from service in 1974 on an old M reg.
if your looking to buy ask the seller for details, so you can HPI it thats what i did before i got mine

they seem to have stock phrases for their vehicles, none seem to have mots and they all "just need a good service and tidy up to pass"

and they all say "worth taking a look at"

what puzzles me is that if they need so little work to get them thru why doesn't the garage do it so that they could command a higher price?
