Well i'll be buggered, just bought complete set of radius and trailing arm bush,s online from Adventure 4x4 who described them as best available, and when I opened the box they are in the dreaded blue packaging. What is the world coming to Britpart selling proper goods.

Does this mean we can buy with confidence from them now, or only parts that end in "G" .

They have always supplied genuine parts.

They are a supplier and a manufacturer.

I just boycott them where possible because of the complete "we turn out ****e because we don't care we just want your money" patterned crap. Id rather my money goes to another manufacturer that actually gives a flying #### about customer service.

Utter ****ers!

Anyway..........sorry..........stepping down from the soap box.

britpart are a wholesaler they sell a range of parts to retailers , its the retailers pass cheapest on competition with other retailers

I wouldn't say that's anything to be sorry about at all. I don't like it when people bad mouth a company because they put all the time and effort into finding the cheapest parts which then failed, when they could have put the same effort into finding out how good a part is and who makes the better parts that you can rely on. It's like if you needed to go for heart surgery are you going to shop around for the cheapest surgeon or are you going to research how good he/she is? :)

But there patterned parts are ****e, everyone knows there ****e, they even know there ****e. They are **** takers of the highest order and they know it but they have a major part of the market so they don't give a toss. Retailers sell there stuff on competitively, they have to or they would lose out to others selling it just as cheap.

If they introduced a "quality" range or similar that were of decent quality i would have some respect for them.
