what series gearbox has the lowest ratio and what can we do to lower the ratio running salisbury 4.7 ratio axels & series 3 gearbox.due to tyres it is the fastest 2.25 petrol series ive ever driven! are there any aftermarket gears/gearboxes and other kits? if so how much

1 ton gearbox but I hope you have deep pockets cos they are very spot after for the trials boys have seen them sell for £1000 before now.

Whats the height of the tyres they look wide but not all that tall? 37 inch?

Mabe you could fit a defender gearbox transferbox combi they are slightly lower but will need to do a gearbox search for overall ratios

thems about 40 inch the photos make them look smaller they aint!

are defender gear boxes much longer than the series 3 if so by how much as it is 79'' so with the standard gear box salisbury axels the prop is already shortend to 9'' and wont phisicly go any shorter
