gearbox problem

hi just joined need help have series 111 with v6 3ltr but what confusing is gearstick is were middle seat is .Just wondered if anyone can help ?cheers

Eh, dont get that, you want to expand on what you mean.
I looked at a ford 3l v6 before buying mine, and it had the same series box as the standard landy so the shifter should be in the same place as a standard landy.
The only thing visible from the inside is that on the cologne engine there is usually a cutout and a box fabbed around the starter as it protrudes through the bulkhead.

Think you better post some piccies, I won der if you have the original ford box in the landy, do you have the proper land rover red and yellow knob transfer gear levers?.

yes both red and yellow transfer knobs it looks has if gearselector /gearstick been welded to back of gearbox with selector rod going back into gearbox
