Disco 2 Gearbox error code

Hi everyone

Earlier my discovery 2 threw this error code and wouldn't move unless it was revved to 3k, after shutting it off and restarting it the warning lights were gone and it drove fine again, when I got home I plugged in my code reader and this is what is says:

Does anyone have any idea what this means and what could cause this to happen?

Hi. That's not a specific LR autobox code, that description is not in the official list and i can't figure out what would it mean, you'll have to use a more capable scanner and get the P code for that.

Ok I'll try and get a p code if I can, I cleared it with my scanner, I'll take it for a drive and see if it comes back

I made some research and found it in the ZF troubleshooting manual and it seems it's P0721 but i have no ideea what could have caused that unless the OBD2 description is accurate and it's about the output shaft sensor so if it comes back that's the area to investigate
