Basically... all ye do is remove the drain plug, let the ep80/90 oil drain into a bucket (or whatever), check yer copper washer seal on drain plug is ok (or just renew it), stick it back in, usin' a 1/2" rat**** undo the filler bung, pour new ep80/90 until it starts to trickle out then refit the filler bung.
Might be an idea to check the filler bung comes out furst.

Dunno what gearbox ye've got so can't say.
;)

but is it EP80/90 in both boxes, my haynes manual says different

trans box = 75 / 90 {on a TD5}
Gearbox = MTF94

is this correct ?

As for the amount of oil buy 3L bottles and fill it up until it trickles out.

Don't put 80/90 in the main box as it's too thick and does not get the the top. As to what to put in it it depends on what you believe, and which box you have (I.e. Reverse to left or right)

Mine has ATF in it despite it being a manual
