What colour speedo drive gear should I be using?

I have just fitted a new 1.4 transfer box to my TD5 Defender 110 from Winchester Gears.
Before removal, the speedo was pretty accurate but now it's reading quite low. Sat Nav says 50MPH and speedo reads 40MPH.
A green gear came out and said gear was reused as it looked in good condition.
Is it possible that the old box was regeared and that is what is causing the anomaly?
I cannot find anywhere what colour gear I should have for a 1.4 transfer box in a TD5 110.
Not that it should affect this but the main gearbox, diffs and tyres are all unchanged.

Think the worm drive square ends are different sizes between cable & transducer models.

Yes they are, the transducer versions (black) are smaller.
