Hi All,
Just looking for some friendly advise.
My garage took my gearbox out on my td5 2002 and replaced the synchro mesh after experiencing glitching whilst changing gears. The first time it came back no better so the garage took it out again and sent it back to the gearbox centre, who said it was their mistake and the parts were faulty.The second time it came back it was much better but I am still getting a slight glitch going into second gear, but this only happens when the engine is cold, as soon as landy temp gauge gets to middle the glitching stops and it’s all lovely. Could it be and oil or clutch fluid issue with expansion? Would appreciate some thoughts from you experts!!
