Hi, ive just got a de-cat pipe for my 300 Auto, i presume the engine will run fine with the lambada sensor diconnected, if not what do i do ?
Thanks for any replies.

If your car is a TDi 300 diesel then it won't have a Lambada sensor. :D:D:D:D

It will have an EGR valve fitted to the exhaust manifold, perhaps this is what you are thinking about?

A TDi 300 will run just fine without a catted downpipe.

Cheers
Dave

Thanks for the info- as Homer Simpson says d-ohh.

Hi Galladog, sorry to take the mickey a bit but Lambada is a south american dance usually performed by beautiful young woman.

Lambda sensor is a component of a closed-loop catalytic converter system on petrol-engined cars.

So you can probably see why I spilt some beer, when I first looked at your initial post. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

This is my Galla, its Gaelic for bitch !
