Hi, does anyone know what the fuses under the bonnet are for in order and what ampage should they be? It seems mine has been bodged in the past. I will list what mine has front to back (should make a few people laugh) 20 amp, 60 amp, junior hacksaw blade, 30 amp.!!!!!!! if going by the colours on the fuse block it should be 30amp, 60 amp, 60 amp, 60 amp????. thanks

Anyone? This is not the same as the fusebox in the cab , the fuses in question are larger type spade fuses apart from the hacksaw blade i seem to have adopted.

i have a drain on my battery which leaves it flat overnight, thought it might be the alternator shorting out but no, if i take the second fuse from the front out there is no drain, i need to know what that fuse controlls so i can sort it. cheers chaps

I think one of the 60 amp fuses relates to the glow plugs - sorry not sure which or about the others

My '94 Defender has 2 x 60 amp and 1 x 30 amp fuses in the engine bay, with space for a 4th fuse but the carrier is empty.

Anyone with any better insights?

Whilst on the subject, and idea what the symbol like two 'Ts' back to back in the main fuse box (behind gear lever) control? Tow electrics?
